p333 Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account and Use of the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "p333," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the p333 gaming platform accessible at p333.bid and any associated subdomains or mobile web versions thereof.
• "Platform" means the p333 website, mobile web interface, all games, software, tools, and services made available through p333.bid.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered, or is attempting to register, a real-money account on the p333 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform, containing the Player's balance, transaction history, bonus credits, and account settings.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and credited to their Account for the purpose of wagering on games available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or non-cashable bonus amount credited to a Player's Account by p333 pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all Players prior to real-money play and withdrawal processing.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" is the sole currency in which transactions are conducted on the p333 Platform.

By accessing the p333 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the p333 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the p333 Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any real-money service on p333. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through mandatory KYC verification. p333 will not permit any person under the age of 21 to hold a real-money account or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active p333 Account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, your date of birth, your registered mobile number, and a valid email address. Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided during registration or at any subsequent time is grounds for immediate Account closure.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal or granting access to full real-money features, p333 requires all Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), a valid Philippine passport, a valid driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office, or a UMID card. p333 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in compliance with applicable regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p333 Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

p333 will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your full password or OTP codes. Any person or communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to p333 support immediately.

You agree to notify p333 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. p333 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

All deposits to your p333 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. p333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit on p333 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though p333 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence review to large single deposits.

p333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, and BDO Online Banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your p333 Account in Philippine Peso only. p333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Players. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash and Maya withdrawals for standard verified accounts: processed within the same business day during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO): typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
• VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members are eligible for priority withdrawal processing with reduced standard processing times.

6.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

p333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence review, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, or investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such delay within a reasonable timeframe.

p333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Article as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside individual promotions at the time they are offered.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, bonus credits credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

p333 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting bonus terms through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional offers. p333 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the Accounts of Players found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

7.3 Free Spins

Free spin awards are credited to specific eligible games only and must be used within the validity period stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus credit and subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All games available on p333 are provided by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI Games, PG Soft, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that game's mechanics and payouts.

p333 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all automated casino games. Live casino games use physical dealing and spinning equipment under live camera. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game represent the theoretical long-run return and are not a guarantee of any specific session outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, disconnection, or any other technical issue that affects the integrity of a game round, p333 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round. This applies to all game categories including slots, live casino, bingo, and jackpot games.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p333 and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker and live casino games.
• Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or unintended game mechanics to obtain winnings that would not occur under normal play conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with p333.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's operation or the experience of other Players.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account during an active exclusion period.

p333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified Account holders and can be configured through the Account settings dashboard:

• Daily Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount that can be deposited within any 24-hour period. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Weekly and Monthly Spending Caps: Set rolling period limits on total funds deposited within any calendar week or calendar month.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account from real-money gaming for a period ranging from 24 hours to 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you may not deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all real-money gaming on p333. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period and any attempt to open a new account during exclusion constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All content on the p333 Platform, including but not limited to the p333 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces (excluding third-party provider content), and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of p333 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from p333.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, internet connectivity issues outside p333's control, unauthorized Account access resulting from Player negligence, or any decisions made by the Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

p333's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

p333 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with the p333 Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this Platform and incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the p333 Privacy Policy.

p333 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

p333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where p333 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Player is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) regulatory or legal requirements necessitate such action; or (e) the integrity of the Platform or other Players is at risk.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, p333 reserves the right to forfeit all funds, including Real-Money Balance and Bonus Credits, held in the closed Account. Any funds forfeited pursuant to this clause will not be returned under any circumstances.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting p333 support. All pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures once KYC is confirmed complete.

p333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p333 will notify existing Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered mobile number or email address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the p333 Platform. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure as provided in Article 14.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, account balance, or transaction, the Player must notify p333 support in writing within fourteen (14) days of the date the disputed event occurred. Failure to raise a dispute within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the outcome. p333 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
